Cozy Room In a friendly house share in SW6 Fulham

Looking for someone to take over a room in our SW6 Fulham house-share this summer as I'm relocating abroad.

Taking over the Lease: You can start from June 1st with the lease running till September, and if you wish to extend, renewal is an option. To pass the background check of the landlords, an annual income of £24k and references from current employer and landlord are needed. Also, I am looking for someone that is willing to share half of the £150 early termination fee.

About the House: Conveniently situated just a short stroll from West Brompton and West Kensington stations, managed by London House Share for responsive support. Currently, seven friendly male housemates aged between 24 and 31 reside here. A fortnightly cleaner ensures the shared spaces remain tidy.

About the Room: Fully furnished with a comfortable bed, desk, and chair, complemented by blackout curtains for a peaceful night's sleep. Ample closet space and additional storage in the living room are available. Furniture I bought, including the desk, chair, nightstand, tv, bedding, and lamps, can be yours for £120.

Showings will be scheduled for next Sunday afternoon and Wednesday evening.
