The house has a large living room & dining area, 2 bathrooms with and an additional toilet downstairs, a garden with a bbq that is a lovely sun trap in the afternoons, and there is optional on street permit parking.

Current housemates include 5 friendly australians who enjoy park runs, trips to the pub, and watching TV together, but who are also very respectful of each others space.

All bills are around £100 per month and includes council tax, water, gas and electricity, broadband, and a cleaner for communal areas once every two weeks.

In a great location in Fulham with plenty of cafes, pubs and restaurants a few mins walk away. Tube stations for the Overground, District, and Piccadilly lines are a 10-15 minute walk away, and a bus stop is just across the road. A Virgin Active gym is 1 min walk away, and nearby other gyms are under 10 mins walk away.
