Fulham - BIG bedroom in 2 bed modern flat w/patio

Large Double Room located in Fulham!

Looking to fill my housemates double room in Fulham as he is unfortunately going to live with his girlfriend. I’m Dan, 26, originally from Australia however lived in London for last year and a bit. I work for a private equity company in the city and in the office most days of the week. Outside of that love my sport, love a beer and socialising with mates. Looking for someone who has similar interests and can get along with!

About the Room:
Large, spacious furnished double room. A lot of the other furniture in the room is my housemates however more than likely want to get rid of it as he moves out. Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom which is a nice touch and lovely big outdoor patio which will be excellent for the summer!

Located in the heart of Fulham on a quite backstreet, it’s a 10 min walk to Fulham Broadway (District Line) and Imperial Wharf (Overground) with lots of bus routes along the way. A big and little sainsburys less than 5 mins walk for your weekly shop. Plenty of pubs, parks and restaurants within walking distance so usually always something going on

The lease is until the 27th of October however will more than likely be able to extend.

My housemate is moving out on the 27th of May so looking to get someone in around then. The rent comes to £1250 per month and bills are about £100.
