Room details:
We have double room with an en-suite available in Sands End, less than 10 minutes from Imperial Wharf station (easy connections to Clapham Junction) or 15 to Fulham Broadway (District Line).

The room is a double with an en-suite that fits a desk and has a large wardrobe space, ideal for anyone that works from home a few days/week.
Currently priced at £1050/month (excluding bills). Bills roughly - £140 for everything inc. council tax, a cleaner twice a month (shared areas), electricity/gas, wi-fi etc.
The room has a mattress (and possibly bedframe - TBC), everything else in the room belongs to the tenant moving out.

The house has a shared bathroom between 3, and the separate en-suite.

Large lounge and open plan kitchen/dining room, which can be perfect for hosting any dinners or friends.

Current Household:
Current household is two girls, Jo (26, Civil Service), Maham (24, Recruitment) and one guy (Oliver, 29, Data Analyst). 


The house is a mix of personalities - one who is obsessed with triathlon/running/CrossFit, one with pilates and one who won't touch cardio with a 10 ft pole. One thing we all have in common is we're sociable and up for a drink or to chill.

Together we’re all into being active, watching TV, playing tennis at the local courts, going out for a coffee, brunch, long walks along the riverside, pub for the six nations.
