URGENT - Sublet or Shared Tenancy

🏳️‍🌈⚧️URGENT £600PCM SW6 - looking ASAP due to subletter not paying rent
Need 1 months rent (£600) to move in - no paperwork initially as is temporarily a sublet due to urgency. The sublet can be a full shared tenancy, requiring deposit (£750) & guarantor, with full acceptance of benefits/housing allowance (I pay via housing allowance & lived here with no issue for over a year).
Unfortunately the circumstances of the urgent sublet will not allow for housing allowance payments until you pass checks & join the tenancy officially. Housing allowance will be possible once you are signed onto the tenancy agreement, and the agency cooperates on paperwork relatively swiftly.

Accessibility is poor as we’re the upstairs of a house up a dozen stairs. There are 2 additional steps before reaching the front door. The flat itself is one level except a step in the corridor leading to the room. There are no accessibility accomodations in place: no intercom, stairlift, adapted bathroom or the like.
The agency is unlikely to consider a tenant who requires modifications to the property, as the reason it’s so cheap is that they get to forget we exist.
