Small double room available from the 25/7/24 in bright and spacious Fulham flat, with large roof terrace and easy access to the river.
I'm super sad to be leaving this gorgeous flat but have accepted a job in Australia, so looking to fill the room with another sociable girlie.
I have two other female flatmates- both lovely and chatty- definitely friends rather than just flatmates (one is also leaving at some point in Summer - in the process of buying her own flat)
The room is a small double, with a wardrobe and drawers- all furnishings included. You'll be sharing a bathroom with one other (upstairs bedroom is en suite)
Rent is 937.50 per month, bills coming in to ~100 pcm
Looking to fill the room soonish for 25/7/24 lease start date. We are doing viewing this Thursday evening. We get on really well as a flat, and often have flat dinners/do other fun flat activities so want to make sure it's the right fit! Please send a bit of info about you- what you like to get up to, what your job is, WFH/at office
Landlord will need 1 reference- we can organise all this later though!
