This is an ideal room for someone looking to move to the area. It is well located only a 10 minute walk to Fulham Broadway and the Thames. It is about 5 minutes away from a high street with bars restaurants and shops including a Lidl.

The room itself comes furnished with plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space as well as a desk and a chair. The kitchen is well equipped and there is more than enough space to share between 3. The living room is open and gets lots of light in through the glass doors and windows. The garden is a great spot to sit in and catch the sun

You will be sharing with two great flatware’s both aged 23/24. They are friendly and will be respect your space as well as being approachable and enjoy a chat over dinner.

Bills are not included and tend to come to about £70 a month
