Fulham Flat Share With Two 23 Year Old Girls

New build, 3 bedroom fully furnished flat with two bathrooms, a kitchen/living room, and a terrace right opposite Fulham Broadway tube station. The other two room are rented to two 23 year old girls.

Single room:
£850 per month. All bills are included.
It has a shared large bathroom with a shower and bath. The room itself is small which is why I don’t rent it for too much. It is not suitable for someone who works from home everyday however if it is just a few days and you want a base in London in a great location, and you don’t have lots of stuff to bring then it’s ideal. Despite the size of the room, there is more storage space than you would imagine. There is also a desk and shelving.

I have a cleaner that comes once per week which everyone split and that’s a separate payment of £16.5 each.

Moving in:
The girl currently using the room will be moving out mid April. Her moving out date can be flexible so we will happily try to accommodate your situation.

Moving out:
I am easy going, we would each just need to give each other 2 months notice, and there is just 2 months minimum stay and a £500 deposit.
