I'm looking for somebody to take over the remainder of my contract for my beautiful double room in this modern, well-maintained 4-bed flat on Fulham Road (SW6).

The room is available from 11th December, with flexibility on move-in date — ideal for students or young professionals looking to find a place before the new year.

THE FLAT:
The room comes fully furnished with everything you need — a double bed, wardrobe, desk, drawers — and gets plenty of natural light. It’s quiet, cosy, and ideal for studying and working from home. The flat is professionally cleaned every week (included in the rent), keeping everything tidy and easy to live in.

There is a really nice liiving room and an open plan Kitchen with all appliances and utensils provided. There is also a very large roof terrace with a heater!!! Super fun and cosy for there winter season. The bathroom is shared with one other person who is usually away for work, making it essentially an ensuite (the other two rooms are ensuite as well). The flat is also professionally cleaned every week.

FLATMATES:
You will be sharing with 3 other professional females all in their late 20s/early 30s. The other flat-mates are warm, tidy and very easy to get along with!

LOCATION:
The location is one of the best things about living here! It's right on Fulham Road, with shops, cute cafés, gyms, and green spaces all nearby. It's also super close to both Fulham Broadway and Parson's Green station (5 min walk) making it ideal for commuting to uni or work.

ALL bills (water, council tax, cleaning etc.) are included in the rent, and the property is professionally managed with 24/7 help provided.
