Fulham Penthouse Master Suite 🌼

We have the master suite room with beautiful en-suite available in our 3 bed 2 bath penthouse flat from the 1st of March. It’s big room with a truly enormous Super King Four Seasons mattress bed .. can confirm it’s very comfy. It has a gorgeous en-suite bathroom too and plenty of wardrobe storage.

I’ve lived in the flat for 3 years and the location is amazing. Our road has lots of independent coffee shops and bakeries and it’s a 10 minute walk to Fulham Broadway and to Parsons Green tube stations (7 if you need a wee on your way back from work).

The rent is locked in for another three years at the same rate (our landlord is genuinely the nicest man I think I’ll ever meet). There’s a one year exit clause if you decide to move out before the three years is complete.

It’s £1650 + bills, with the deposit £1384.

About us..
We’re two girls in our 20s (I’m 25 and Juliette is 28) who are sociable and easy going. We’re looking to make a new friend in whoever moves in ♥️. We’re very clean and work hard during the week so like to get an early night on week nights. We like wholesome nights in and the occasional dinner + drinks out.

Juliette:
I work at a modelling agency, love fashion, and have a soft spot for cute cafés (very French of me). I enjoy going on walks, exploring new spots, and heading out for nice dinners.

Jess:
I work in marketing so can help take some fab insta pics or elevate that hinge profile. I’m really into interior design (studied design at uni) so I love to make the flat look pretty.
