The flat is in a really prime location - close to Bishops Park as-well as Putney Bridge Station and Parson Green station.

I’m looking for someone to replace me in a lovely flat, sharing with Jess — a fun, lively South African who works full-time as an accountant in the City.

There is no deposit required for the flat and further cost details are below .

WiFi is already set up and only starts being paid from March.

Rent: £1,400 per month + usual bills

Instead of a deposit, there’s a small additional agent fee of £43 per month.

Jess is warm, social, and hoping to find not just a housemate but a friend too. She enjoys pub drinks, the occasional run, cosy TV nights, and cooking or eating dinner together, so this would suit someone who’s friendly and up for sharing a home rather than just a room.

The flat is part-furnished, and the outgoing tenant is happy to sell some furniture if wanted — everything is in great, fairly new condition.
