Our current housemate is sadly moving out so we have a room available in our lovely house.

The bedroom is in a 4 bed, 3 bath large house in Fulham. It shares the largest bathroom in the house with only one other roommate.

Really lovely area with shops a 2 minute walk away. Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway is a 10-15 minute walk and bus routes are just round the corner.

Price per month: £845
Bills: approx £100/150 a month
Deposit: £945
Move in date: must take over contract ideally end of March.

A bit about us :
We are a multicultural house ! Two guys, Italian and English (29/26), and one German girl (30), all working full time Monday to Friday. We are looking for a friendly, tidy, fun and easy going female, ideally 25 - 32 professional, looking to stay in the house for a while. Sorry, no students or couples.

We have all become great friends so would love to have someone who wants to hang out some evenings or weekends, up for a bev but also respectful of each others space.
