Single room Parsons Green

We are in an amazing location between the Fulham road and the New Kings rd and very close to Putney bridge tube station.

A cosy spacious flat in a traditional Lion House with it’s original features : Big sash windows and cast iron fire places in every room.

The furniture includes a nice table and chair as well as a large comfortable armchair, a clothes hanging space and large white chest of drawers. Also a beautiful extremely comfortable cream coloured victorian style iron bed with an immaculate good quality matress.

We have a daily cleaner to help keep chores to a minimum. All bills are included.

Alexander, one of the flatmates has mild Autism and mild learning difficulties so we would prefer someone who is Autism aware.

We feel a mixed household tends to create a more balanced and sociable atmosphere, so we are looking for a female flatmate

Both current flatmates work. Museums and university catering.

Hobbies include Chess. TV shows, writing. history.

Our family house is next door so admin is dealt with pretty quickly and we are there for any questions you may have.
