Hi girls!

We are two girls in their late 20s/early 30s, looking for another girl to join us. Lydia is English and is a midwife, Nicole is Australian working in PR. Move in date is quite flexible, any date between 1st - 24th May.
We are looking for someone similar age, will want to socialise, have a glass of wine, watch a movie but also has their own life/social network.


The rent is £1,436 and will increase slightly each year. We have three year lease until beginning of Jan 2029. Bills are £200 each month which includes an amazing cleaner that comes every two weeks. We also have zero deposit scheme meaning we only pay a tiny deposit fee each year (like £20) rather than a big upfront amount.
The room comes fully furnished with bed, desk, draws and wardrobe, and has its own bathroom. In terms of location, we are about 7 mins to West Brompton station and 10 to Earls court and 15 to Fulham Broadway so very connected. There are lots of cute pubs, bars and cafes in the area and the street is super cute!
