Amazing en-suite room in Fulham / West Brompton

Hi everyone!

I’m Chiara, and I’m sadly looking for someone lovely to take over my room in this gorgeous flat. I’ve absolutely loved living here, but I’m moving out to be closer to my workplace. You’ll be sharing with two amazing girls in their late 20s/early 30s: Lydia (English, a midwife) and Nicole (Australian, works in PR).

The Flatmates & Vibe
Lydia and Nicole are the perfect balance of social and independent. We often catch up over a glass of wine or a movie in the evenings, but everyone has their own busy social lives too. It’s a very warm, respectful, and friendly home!

The Room & House
• The Room: Fully furnished with a comfy bed, desk (perfect for WFH), chest of drawers, and a wardrobe.
• Bonus: You get your own private bathroom!
• The Lease: We have a long-term lease until January 2029, so it’s a very stable home.
• The Perks: We use a Zero Deposit scheme, meaning instead of a massive upfront cost, there’s just a tiny annual fee (around £20). We also have an amazing cleaner who comes every two weeks!

Logistics & Location
• Move-in Date: Flexible between 1st – 24th May.
• Rent: £1,436 per month.
• Bills: Fixed at £200 per month (includes all utilities + cleaner).
• Transport: You couldn't be better connected. It’s a 7-minute walk to West Brompton, 10 mins to Earl’s Court, and 15 mins to Fulham Broadway.

The street itself is super cute, and there are endless cafes, pubs, and bars right on your doorstep.

About You
We’re looking for a girl of a similar age who is clean, easy-going, and keen to join a friendly household. If you enjoy traveling, cooking, or a cheeky gin/wine at the weekend, you’ll fit right in!
