Double room available in Fulham.

Unfortunately one of our flat mates is moving on, so we're looking for someone who fits the bill to replace her!

We are one Australian girl, one Kiwi and one local guy. All mid-twenties, relaxed and get along well. As much as we all love a quiet night in, we're mostly looking forward to the next night out. We are looking for someone who can fit into the group, will join in for a drink and who is pretty laid back. We often have friends around for drinks and to stay the night aswell, so must be open to this.

House:

The house is very comfortable and cosy (it's not as creepy as it looks in the photos haha). It has a tesco and bus routes at the end of the street (1 minute walk). Buses take you straight to Fulham Broadway (District Line), otherwise its only a 7 minute walk anyway. Barons Court is a 15 minute walk (Picadilly line). We have a spacious backyard, kitchen and living room.

Bond is £490 and bills are £70 a month
Move in asap.
