Single Room in Fulham. Bills & cleaner included

Large single bedroom and bathroom available in my home - Mon-Fri only - for one person (no couples please) - who is out at work during the day, and not working or studying from home.

.I have a lovely cleaner who has been with me for over 30 years, and she will clean your bedroom and bathroom once a week and change your sheets/towels fortnightly. This and all bills are included.

This is a light, comfortable single bedroom, recently redecorated and re-carpeted, with a new mattress, duvet and pillows. It is bright, cosy and quiet, and overlooks the garden at the back of the house. There is Wi-Fi and a television in the room. and you will have use of a desk and chair, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. The room also has a basin.

A duvet, pillows, blanket and linen (sheets/towels) are provided. I have a lovely cleaner who will clean your bedroom and bathroom once a week and change the sheets fortnightly..

You are welcome to make light use of the kitchen.

The house is in Fulham, which borders Chelsea and is close to central London. My home is on a quiet and peaceful residential street, with Bishop’s Park and the river close by - but there are many shops, bars and restaurants just a few minutes’ walk away and good transport links into central London. The closest tube station is Parson's Green which is about an 8-minute walk, and the No. 14 bus, with its excellent route into central London - Fulham-South Kensington-Knightsbridge-Hyde Park Corner-Piccadilly - is just around the corner.

This is a quiet, safe and comfortable home in which to rent a room and I hope you will find it welcoming. It is not, however, a 'house-share', and is best suited to those happy to be independent and self-sufficient.
