Hello,

You will be living with two female professionals (Irish & South African) who are looking for a like-minded professional to move into this great flat.

Located on the first and second floors of a Victorian conversion with additional mezzanine levels, the flat is furnished with modern fixtures, fittings and appliances. There are three double bedrooms (one en-suite), which are excellently designed to maximize space making it ideal for professional sharers.
The flat comprises of a spacious reception room, separate fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite), all of which have been finished with solid oak wood flooring throughout.

The property is very conveniently located within an 8 minute walk of both Fulham Broadway and Parsons Green tube stations. Dawes Road has 2 bus lines (295 & 211) which provide fantastic connections too. There are countless supermarkets, shops, restaurants, parks, gyms and a cinema situated within a stones throw in Fulham and Parsons Green, or you have the option of a short 15 minute walk to the fashionable Kings Road for additional shops, pubs and cafes. The Thames river and Bishops Park is an easy 15 mins walk away also.

The room available is a double bedroom, located on its own mezzanine level. It comes with a double bed (with under bed storage drawers) and wardrobe (hanging and internal drawers). Drawers shown are not included with the room. Additionally, we each have a storage cupboard in the attic. This is super handy for suitcases etc. This room will share the main bathroom with the 1st floor bedroom. As the rooms are all on separate floors from each other, you benefit from considerable privacy in each of them.

We are looking for someone who is easy-going, tidy, friendly and social. Someone who is happy to sit and chat over a glass of wine on the occasional evening, whilst also being considerate of others in the flat.

The room is available from 23rd August, and you will be signing a new 12 month lease. Rent is due 23rd of the month.
The rent is exclusive of bills (gas, electricity, council tax, broadband and SKY) which come to about £100 per month. We also have a fortnightly cleaner who will change your sheets and clean the whole flat. There's also a £144.00 referencing fee with the agent. Usual reference checks apply, but nothing out of the ordinary.
