This lovely double bedroom is available from October 9. The flat is located just off Fulham Palace Road a 2 min walk from the bus stop with 3 bus lines. It is also only a short walk to the river perfect for going for a walk or a run and only a 5 min walk away from Bishops Park and local amenities.

About the flat:

The flat is a HUGE split level Maisonette. there is the choice of two rooms, one will be priced higher... there is a small spare room, a large living room and large roof terrace which is awesome over summer! The flat is semi furnished i. e we are taking over the lease as a twosome so we have bits and pieces and potential to purchase from the outgoing tenants!

I would like to have someone likeminded, professional, males or females welcome, just someone easy going.

Both rooms are really spacious and bright. The flat has a big kitchen, a large living room, a roof terrace and a back garden with a big shed. We also have one shared bathroom with bath tub, toilet and shower on the top floor and a small WC adjacent to the kitchen/ spare room.

We currently have a cleaner who comes once a week - (will prob change to fortnightly to save some £), she does all the rooms, communal areas and changes and washes sheets if you'd like her to

The deposit will be c£1020 plus one months rent or calculated pro-rata depending on your moving in date.
