Great Value double in a big sociable house

One awesome double room in a social house share in Fulham available. Sadly a couple are moving out in January/February 2021 (dates flexible) so we're looking for either a couple or single guy/girl to move in.

Current room price listed is for six months: Feb-July

LAYOUT: The house is 3 floors with a spacious living room, large joint kitchen, bathroom and back yard with (big BBQ) on the ground floor. The first floor has two double rooms and a bathroom and the top floor has a further two double rooms and a bathroom.

The whole house is fully furnished and the landlord has recently completed a refurb. The room available is a lovely double room overlooking Rylston road which is the biggest room in the house. Its got plenty of storage space and gets lots of sunlight.

TRANSPORT/AMENITIES: The house is situated 10min walk from West Brompton tube station and the same distance from West Kensington. It's not far to Clapham and areas south of the river. The bus stop outside our house takes you quickly into central or west London. There's a virgin active gym/swimming pool opposite the house and also the rylston pub to counter balance it. In Fulham there's the Gym loads of supermarkets and bars and restaurants.

In the house currently we have 7 of us ( age range 22-29) three couples and one single girl. Got a fair mix of people with 4 brits and 1 Spanish. It’s a really sociable house, all love sport and having drinks, so we're looking for similar people that will get involved and not hide in their room. We do plenty as a flat, we did Oktoberfest in 2017, Budapest in 2019 and Lake District trip this year ... We hang out during the evening together like a house party fairly regularly. We also did a tag rugby league
