We're looking for a sociable, professional housemate to join our home in Fulham.
A Double Bedroom is soon to be available in our large Victorian house with 60ft GARDEN in the most sought after area of the borough.

The Double Bedroom, south facing, wooden floor, ground floor; warm, bright and quiet room, on a quiet residential street. French windows leading to a private outside area, good for some plants and getting fresh air.
Furnished: double bed, new mattress, bedside table, chest of drawers, lots of wardrobe space and additional storage available.

After 22 months our housemate is moving in with their best friend who has moved to London:

THE HOUSE: Our three-storey Victorian house is located in the sought after 'Alphabet Streets' of Fulham, has a large kitchen-dining room opening on to a very large 60ft patio style garden, part decked (and with new garden fences: o). The house is well heated, has two full-bathrooms (1st & 2nd floors) and additional loo on the ground floor. Brand new carpets fitted in halls and stairs last week. The large dine-in kitchen has lots of storage room, 2 fridges/freezers, microwave & dishwasher; there's also a utility room with new washer & dryer. Sitting room with french windows leading out to garden. What you may notice the most, apart from the space & size of rooms, is that when you open the window or go outside you get fresh air and birdsong! The riverside is great for runs, rowing, biking, there are parks & tennis courts etc. Lots of activities :o)
Privately owned house, no fees for tenants.

HOUSEMATES: We are 2 professional ladies and 3 professional gentleman, all recent occupants of the house (past 3-24 months). All native english speakers/Europeans (Scot, Brit, NZ, Greece). We're looking for a fun, friendly, professional or postgrad flatmate to join our house share :o) Opportunities for shared activities and meals, in or out, no pressure. Pub quizzes, walks or runs, travel, BBQs, movie nights, cinema, cultural events, sports are some of the things we like to do together sometimes.
The house has had various mixes between boys and girls over the years, usually it's 3:3.

NEIGHBOURHOOD:
A friendly neighbourhood on a quiet street with excellent access to Hammersmith and local shops of Fulham, Chelsea and Putney. The street WhatsApp group is the envy of all neighbouring streets, we're a close knit community!

LOCATION: We're just 80m from the most picturesque stretch of the Thames, where you can find parks, great riverside pubs (the Crabtree is great!), restaurants & beautiful jogging routes, tennis courts and of course Craven Cottage. If you like strolling on sunny afternoons, rowing at a local club or going for runs then this is the place for you. We live off Fulham Palace Road so Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsburys, Boots, numerous restaurants and takeaways, hairdressers, dry cleaners etc. are just 2 blocks away.
We are within walking distance to Hammersmith, Barons Court, Putney Bridge and Parsons Green tube stations (Piccadilly, District, Circle and Hammersmith & City lines) - easy access into the West End and the City. Bus stops just a few seconds away: 74, 430, 220 ; 295 straight to South Kensington, Willesden Junction & Notting Hill, Chelsea etc.
Westfield Mall is about 15-20 minutes away by bus, if you like your shopping, food halls, cinemas, activities!
