Double room available in large house on Munster Road. it is a real gem at a great price. All my friends who've visited can't believe what a nice place it is for the cost.

The room
- bed, drawers, wardrobe, new blackout blinds, bedside table all included
- good sized room with view onto quiet side street

The house
- large kitchen with all essential items
- huge lounge with leather sofas and a massive TV
- 2 bathrooms with both with toilets, showers and sinks

The housemates
- all young professionals working in a variety of different industries. Everyone works pretty standard hours.
- the house has always been a sociable place where people chill together in the kitchen whilst cooking and watching TV. Occasional pub trips too. Always very relaxed though.
-There's 3 girls and two guys. As I'm (a guy) is leaving, really we're looking for another guy
The area
- could not be better located for amenities - coop and tesco 20 seconds away. Dentist, doctors and pharmacy within 2 mins. Loads of restaurants and cafes too.
-10 mins walk from Parsons Green tube station, 15 mins to Barons Court, Fulham Broadway
- bus stops 2 mins from house - many buses to central London and to Hammersmith, Putney and Clapham Junction.
- 3 mins to a very cheap and cheerful gym, 6 mins to a swimming pool
-doctors, dentists, dry cleaners, literally just across the road
Cost
- room 695 - includes Internet and sky TV
- council tax 30pcm
- rest of the bills come to about 25 per month

- stay: we'll be wanting someone who can stay for at least 3 months
