Short term let availaible in Earl's Court in July

We have a spacious room available in our well-located flat in Earl's Court from 24 August 2019!

The flat is very spacious on two floors. There are two bathrooms plus a separate toilet, a big living room and we have a garden!! See the photos to get an impression!

The house is ideally located in a very quite street in Earl's Court with West Brompton Station (District Line) just on the doorstep and Earl's Court Station just 5-10min walking distance with access to District Line and Piccadilly Line (night tube!!). Busses go directly to South Kensington and to Central London. Northend Road with many shops and the famous Northend Road market is also really close (5min walking distance). Fulham Broadway is also in walking distance (10min).

The room is spacious and got refurbished circa 6 months ago (including new carpet in the room as well as in the common areas of the entire flat!). The room has a semi-private bathroom (not ensuite but primarily for the use by the tenant of this room) and is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and desk.

It is a 4 bedroom flat, shared with friendly people in their mid-late 20s (2 females, 1 male). The flat is quite independent but we have some regular gatherings for dinner, movies or to enjoy our garden.

The rent is £770 plus ca £45 for bills (excluding council tax).
Ideally, we are looking for someone to stay for at least a one year rental period but we also consider short-lets for 1 month and so requests to move in from the end of September 2019 are also welcome.
