Double room in a pretty Fulham flat

Hello there! I have a beautiful double bedroom that is is available immediately and I am looking for a friendly and easy going flatmate to take it.

The flat is on the first floor of a stunning Victorian mansion block on the Fulham Road, close to both Parson’s Green and Putney Bridge underground stations, as well as Putney rail station. We have a small communal garden at the rear. There is also a fantastic park (Bishop’s Park) 5minutes away with farmer’s market every Sunday. The house has two double bedrooms with lots of storage, a spacious sitting room with dining area, decently sized kitchen and bathroom. There is a Tesco and Sainsbury’s within two minute walk, Waitrose by the station, bus stops couple minutes from the flat and plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops & yoga/fitness studios in the area. You will also find nearby Wholefoods shop @ Fulham Broadway, tennis courts & great river pathway, great for running and cycling.

The bedroom is a bright double, with built-in wardrobe, shelves, double bed, bedside table, mirror and a window overlooking the communal garden. We have all the usual stuff including dishwasher, internet, TV package etc. The room comes with additional storage cupboard in the hallway.
