Looking for a flat mate to share a fantastic large 2-bed flat in the middle of Fulham Broadway, 2 min walk to the tube and 20mins to central London. It's a great room for a professional working in London with lots to do close by.

A bit about the flat:
Large double room with high ceilings and plenty of light throughout. The flat consists of kitchen / living room, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom and is located on 1st floor.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern amenities including a gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. There's plenty of storage throughout and well stocked kitchen equipment (I love to cook)
Living Room: Open plan with the kitchen, featuring two comfortable sofas, a dining table, and large windows offering picturesque views of Fulham Broadway. Bask in plenty of natural sunlight throughout the day.
Bedroom: Lovely large double bedroom with large wardrobe and bedside table included.
Bathroom: Great roomy bathroom with bath and shower. Good water pressure and temperature is a big plus (I can't function with either being rubbish so it was a major selling point for me)

The Area:
Fulham Broadway boasts a delightful neighborhood with Parson's Green and Chelsea just a stone's throw away. You'll find a large Waitrose and Sainsbury's within a 5-minute stroll, along with an array of shops, pubs, and restaurants to explore. Green areas of Eel Brook Common basically across the road. Very close to the river as well.

Transport:
Located practically across the road from Fulham Broadway tube station (District Line), commuting couldn't be easier.
Multiple bus stops right outside the flat gives easy connections to central London. Fulham Broadway is Z2 and takes about 20 mins to get to heart of London. My cycle commute to London Bridge is only 25mins!

A Bit About Me:
I'm Torin, your friendly flat mate, a 28-year-old doctor who has called this flat home for the past 6 months. I commute into London Bridge 3-4 days a week and occasionally work outside London for weekends or overnights. Outside of work / studying, I enjoy my sports and am currently training for a triathlon

I'm looking for a flat mate around my age who I can get on well with. If you're sociable yet respectful of personal space and enjoy the occasional chat or movie night, you'll fit right in .

Also as it's a shared living room, it may not be an ideal space for someone who works from home, although my last housemate did have a desk in the room and managed fine.
