We are looking for a new housemate from April 23rd onwards as sadly our housemate is moving in with her boyfriend.

💵 £1200 per month, plus bills & council tax (roughly £150 a month)
🏠 3 story terrace house, 2 bathrooms and a lovely garden
🌳 Not far from Eel Brook Common, West Brompton Cemetery, the river and Battersea Park
🚇 Tube - 8 min walk to Fulham Broadway
🚂 Overground - 10 minute walk to West Brompton
🏡 Beautiful terrace lined street tucked away from busy Fulham

The landlady is great and will fix anything super quickly, she has fitted new windows, and has redone the garden and kitchen 2 years ago. Only looking for singles no couples sorry and no students. Preferably looking for a male to balance the house but open to all options.

About the house

You’ll be living with Ben a 31 year old Surgeon, Emi - 32 years old working in procurement (and mum of the house), and Abbie, 31 years old - our finance girly.
- We all work hybrid from home/in the office a couple days here and there
- We all do our own thing but hang out together in the evenings (mostly to watch the traitors/mafs) so we’d welcome someone else who loves gossiping about our latest hinge fails.
- The area is great, plenty of bars and restaurants, parks, and the river nearby - bonus points if you come running with emi 🏃‍♂️ or go to Pilates with Abbie or the gym with Ben.
- The house is great for hosting, especially for the annual pancake day party and we love a bbq in the garden.
