Rent is £725 payable monthly in advance plus share of electricity costs which is an approximate monthly average is £75 each for two people sharing, although this depends on usage.
All usual facilities, including washing machine, new cooker, unlimited broadband, council tax and water rates are included in the rent.
The maisonette is somewhat basic and not totally modernised. It is powered by electricity. The rooms are heated by plug-in electric radiators as the flat is not centrally heated.
