Clean, tidy and professionally managed house with shared kitchen and living areas. The property is regularly maintained, and the housemates are respectful and easy to live with. A bi-weekly cleaner is included in the rent.

There are two bathrooms in the house, and you would be sharing a large bathroom with just two other housemates.

🌿 Rooftop:
The house also has a sunny rooftop area, which gets great natural light and is perfect for sitting out in the summer.

Located in Fulham (SW6), with great transport links and close to shops, cafes and local amenities. 5-10 minute walk to Fulham Broadway Station and well connected with bus-routes as well.

💸 Rent:
£1,273 pcm (all bills included)

📅 Move-in date:
Ideally end of May (flexible for the right person)
