I’m looking for a new flat mate to rent a large double room in Fulham with laminate flooring. A really spacious room and lots of local amenities near by.

The ideal flat mate must be clean and tidy and work full time.
-x2 months rent and deposit required

-local park just 2 minutes away

- JUST 2 mins from Fulham Broadway tube station (district and circle line and a quick changeover to the Piccadilly line via Earls Court). Really is ideal for someone that needs to travel because the transport is all close by!

-LARGE variety of shops and amenities (large Sainsbury’s, boots, local park 2 mins away, lots of variety of bars and coffee shops too!)


- The Wifi , heating and council tax is included with the rent that you pay.
