I’m looking for a lodger for a room upstairs in my home, this isn't a house share. If you want your own space for a while, this might be for you.

• Small fridge freezer
• Microwave
• Single Induction hob.
• Large clean bright double bedroom
• fitted wardrobes.
• two-seater sofa and desk
limited cooking facilities, will best suit someone who doesn't cook a banquet but one pot or microwave meals!
Shared washing machine is in my kitchen downstairs.
I’m an older woman, I work in Social Services. I live downstairs and keep myself to myself.

I'm close to Charing Cross Hospital, Hammersmith tube and bus station.
Rent is £520 month plus £55 weekly (£240 month) to cover other expenses. Council tax band F
£500 deposit
Two references or a DBS is required.
Preferred moving in dates Saturday 20th April/27th April
