Hi, I have one small double room for rent in a stunning flat located in Fulham Palace Road and only a short walk to excellent shops, bars, and restaurants on the Fulham Palace Road and Munster Road, Bishops Park as well as the tube at Putney Bridge, Parson Green and Hammersmith.

The flat has 3 bedrooms and 1 large bathroom. It receives a lot of sun during the day and has plenty of big windows (double glazing). There is a separate living area and kitchen with a big dining table and cosy sofa and it's equipped with microwave, oven, and washer with a dryer combined. There is a Tesco down the the building which is convenient for any grocery run. The flat is also located in a young family and young professional neighbourhood so it is on a very nice and safe area.

The rooms is equipped with a double bed and a cloth rail.

I am a phd student at imperial college. I am clean and easy-going. I usually work long hours and I am currently going to the office. An ideal housemate would be someone with a positive attitude and a sense of responsibility for their own space, and who is also friendly, clean, and quiet.
