The room is on the 2nd floor and very quiet and private. It has two windows for plenty of natural light.

Washing machine and tumble dryer,
Living Room with TV and patio garden.

The room has been decorated in a neutral colour scheme and has a double bed, desk and chair, wood flooring and fitted cupboards and wardrobe as well as under bed storage.

On street parking possible with Residents’ Parking Permit from the Local Authority. Fee payable to the Council, not included in rent.

Hammersmith Underground Station is a ten minute walk away or a few short stops on the plentiful local buses.

In addition, buses 430, 211, 74 run close to the house into Central London South Kensington, Knightsbridge, Waterloo and Victoria.
The N74 night bus route operates all night.

There is a Waitrose, Sainsburys and Tesco nearby as well as numerous shops, bars and restaurants as well as a nice pub next to the River Thames which is 3 minutes walk away.

There are a choice of gyms and a swimming pool a short walk away.

The room is offered for one person only. It is offered on a 6 month Assured Shorthold Tenancy.

The rent includes all bills and wifi internet.

A deposit is required in addition to rent before moving in.. No other fees apply.
