Double Room for Summer ☀️ - 5 min train to Balham

Heyy my name is Elle and I am advertising a 3-month summer let of one double room in our flat in Tooting area, SWL (CR4) for £825 including bills, as my lovely flatmate is moving out.

Please note the flat is about a 10 min walk from what’s showing on this map.

The room include 2 wardrobes, a bed and mattress and has enough space for a desk.

There is a living room with a TV, dining table and sofa chair. The kitchen has a gas cooker, washing machine and wine fridge.

The flat has two bathrooms, one that would be shared between the two downstairs rooms and has a shower with a rainfall shower head.

There is also a large garden at the back which has a cosy seating area and will have a flowery dining area too (it’s my little summer project!).

Location:

The flat is less than a 5 minute walk to the station:
Balham in 6 minutes and Clapham Junction in 12 minutes by train.
From the bus stop 7 minutes to Tooting Broadway and 15 minutes to Colliers Wood (northern line tube).
18 minutes to London Victoria and to London Bridge via train.

I would like to live with someone that is clean and easygoing.

About Me:

I work in the city full time usually wfh 2 days a week. On the weekends, I enjoy going to vintage markets, galleries, hiking, Pimms in a beer garden, or grabbing brunch with friends.
