We are a family of 3, my husband, me and my 27 year old daughter who is a secondary school teacher. We are looking for a female student/working professional to rent our private loft room which will be available from January 2024.

Our property is less than 7 minutes walk from the tube station in Gants Hill, getting you to Stratford in 12 minutes, and Liverpool Street in 20 minutes.

Our home is a 4 bedroom house. The room is a large loft room on the 2nd floor of our house. It is private and there is an ensuite toilet and washbasin. There is a double bed and two double wardrobes and a dressing table. There is plenty of wardrobe space and a shoe cupboard.

We are also near Ilford Rail Station. The Elizabeth line goes straight to Liverpool Street Station in London and connects with Heathrow airport.

Westfield Stratford City Shopping Centre is a short train ride about 10 minutes from Gants Hill station, it’s a massive shopping centre with plenty of shops and restaurants.

Our local area Gants Hill has a variety of restaurants. We also have some local shops and supermarkets. We are very near to a beautiful park called Valentines Park.
