All are working professionals, there are no children or pets at this location due to suitability.

Atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly and I always aim to keep it this way. I will consider many aspects about potential new housemates prior to agreeing to them joining the house. In no rush to simply fill the room.
Most of my residents have been residing for over an average of 2+ years without issue.

Maximum 9 people total occupy this large house.

Central Line station Redbridge (3 mins walk) and Gants Hill (6 mins walk). Ilford National Rail within 10/15 mins walk.
Easy access into London city within 30mins journey.

All fire and electrical safe with certification.

Rooms are all set with double beds and basic Ikea furnishings (these can be altered as per preference).

Cleaner visits fortnightly for all communal areas and bathrooms.

Shared Kitchen with multiple facilities.

Utility room with multiple washing and drying machines.

Multiple bathrooms all have shower/toilet/basin and one of which has a bathtub.
