Cosy Double Room in bright home, Crystal Palace

Hi!

Unfortunately I will be moving out of our LOVELY bright home in Gipsy Hill. It is definitely more of a home, rather than just somewhere to crash - but we're pretty chill so welcome anyone!

SEPT is when we would like our new housemate to move in, could be negotiable on the date.

THE ROOM / STORAGE:
- A DOUBLE BED THAT SLIDES INTO A SINGLE.......I have
loved having the option of a single/double bed.
- A nice bright and airy room that faces the garden
- The bed has 2 very wide draws
- The Wardrobe has a rail and 2 shelves inside
- There is a shelving unit just outside the room that currently holds some of my shoes/make-up/jewellery
- Also LOTS of storage around the house for suitcases or extra bits n bobs to go into

THE HOUSE
- BIg garden and sunny conservatory
- Big kitchen with plenty of cupboards & dishwasher
- Homely shared living room with TV on the wall, Netflix,
amazon prime etc included
- TWO bathrooms so TWO toilets, showers etc
- On road parking
- We like to keep the communal areas clean and tidy

TRANSPORT:
- A 30 minute journey into London Victoria !
- Gipsy Hill Station - 7 min walk, 2 min drive
- Crystal Palace Station - 15 min walk, 8 min drive

THE GIRLS:
- Two 24/25 y/o girls working in the catering department of the Film and TV industry.
- Both work long hours and are independent but equally love to spend time in the living room watching shows together, drinking gin & just general socialising.
- The house is great for BBQ's and garden parties, although it's not a party house, we do love to throw the occasional BBQ/Garden Party & will 100% be having halloween party!
