Hello!
I’m looking for new flatmate to join myself and my cat Monty in our flat just off of Gipsy Hill, SE London.
I’m a 30 year-old woman originally from London working with children locally Mon-Thurs. I’m a fairly tidy person and would like to live with someone similar. I love to socialise but also enjoy my own time and space, especially during the week.
The room is furnished with a double bed , chest of drawers and bedside table.
The flat is in a converted semi-terraced house 5 minutes walk from Gipsy Hill station which has 20 min trains (southern) to London Bridge and Victoria. Crystal Palace’s triangle is a 10 min walk away with plenty of cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants as well as a couple of supermarkets and lots of cute independent shops. Crystal Palace Overground station is 1 stop on the train from Gipsy Hill or a 5 min bus (or 20 min walk).
The flat is available to move into on Monday 1st April (a bank holiday).
The price shown includes all bills. Must be okay with my 7 year old slightly needy but very sweet cat. 🙂
Send me a message if interested! Thanks!
