Large double room in flat on Gipsy Hill

I am looking for a new housemate or a couple to fill a spacious double bedroom in a two bed flat. The property is a basement flat in a Victorian house.

The flat has a hallway (bicycle-friendly), a large shared living space with dining table, bookshelves and sofas (no TV), a kitchen (gas hobs), and bathroom (with bath/shower). The bedroom is carpeted, has built in wardrobes, and is spacious - it is big enough for a couple.

On top of the rent you will contribute to water/gas/electric bills, broadband and council tax. Bills will be split evenly between tenants, so if you're solo you'll pay half, if you're a couple you'll pay a third each. I will manage all of these so you'll just need to pay me in one monthly transaction.

We are a 6-8 minute walk to the nearest train station (Gipsy Hill) or 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. There's also free on street parking. The flat is down some steps and is not wheelchair accessible. Our local authority is Lambeth.

We are a 5 minute walk to the Crystal Palace Triangle, which has a supermarket, independent shops, great pubs & cafes and a weekend market.

I am a freelance theatre producer and work from home a lot but also work on projects which take me out of London for 2-3 weeks at a time, so you will have stints of having the place to yourself.
