Stunning Edwardian flat opposite Gipsy Hill station. Planning to move out in the middle of May to start a new adventure, so my lovely room is up for grabs! I have lived here for a few years with Chloe, who shares the flat.

The spacious double room is located on the 1st floor of the house (it's an old house converted into flats, so it feels like a little community) and has access to its own little private en suite, along with a bonus nook, which I’ve used as a walk-in wardrobe! The flat has a bright open plan kitchen, living / dining space with high ceilings, a fireplace and large period windows with original shutters. It has a giant, leafy shared garden which is perfect for BBQ’s and soaking up the sun.

A bit about Chloe: she’s 27, loves to read, trying new food spots, nature adventures and pilates. She enjoys flat dinners together, having a glass of wine in the garden or having movie nights, but also really respectful of each other’s space. She’s a professional who works mainly in the office but also from home a few days a week, so it's ideal for someone with a similar set-up. Looking for someone around a similar age who is a very friendly, tidy and easy-going person ~ & we are neurospicy & queer friendly house <3

Gipsy Hill has such a lovely community and is a short walk away from lovely parks, pubs and cute cafes. Ideal for transport, links to London Bridge & Victoria (20 mins) as well as a 15-minute walk into Crystal Palace, which has the overground and bus station. The triangle also has great markets, vintage pop-ups and independent shops.

Rent is £1025, and Bills are + £ 100-ish a month. The deposit is £1096.15, and the Council Tax band is D.

Looking for someone to move in around the 16th of May, but happy to discuss. The bedroom is unfurnished except for the large wardrobe, and the king bed can stay for sale or can be removed if not wanted :))

If you’re interested in the space, message a bit about yourself and when you can come to view x x
