•This fully furnished double room is available mid April The house is huge with 3 bathrooms & a great landlord. We share a big kitchen and dining area with a TV, 3 fridges , 3 freezers 2 washing machines, microwave and all the usual stuff.

•The sitting room has 2 sofas 2 OKA chairs & big TV. We have a lovely private garden that we ALL share in the upkeep and a small conservatory. We are looking for someone quiet & grown up who is over living like a student. We don't have overnight guests as we don't want to share with each other’s boyfriend/girlfriends so please don’t reply if you need that.

•A Cleaner comes in on Fridays for common areas , we all share in the cost but we all do our own rooms and keep the kitchen immaculate. The 20 min train to Victoria and London Bridge is a 6 min walk away and Cyrstal Palace is a 10 min walk up the hill.
