This is a fully furnished one bedroom ground floor apartment, with bright interior and in excellent condition. It has a stylish eat-in kitchen, complete with electrical appliances, and a contemporary shower room.
It is in a superb location, close to excellent amenities. It is 500m from the Imperial College Library and 300m from Gloucester Road Underground.
The room to be let is a spacious reception room converted into a bedroom (15.4m2). It has a single bed, a shelf, a table and a large sofa set.
I am a 3rd year Chinese Student (Material Science) at Imperial College. I have been living in UK for the past 8 years.
The price of the room is GBP275 per week excluding bills. That is the price I am paying.
The apartment is available from 25/10/2019.
