Looking for a third roommate (date available Aug 19- September 29) in a flat just down the road from Gloucester station. Currently have two MsC postgrads at Imperial.
Flat is newly furnished with shared bathroom and living room/kitchen. All kitchen and bathroom appliances are new!!! It is about an 8 minute walk to the center of Imperial's campus.
The room has a single bed with desk and wardrobe, and additional closet if wanted, with a large window that opens out onto a deck (look at the pictures!).
The whole apartment has high ceilings, lots of sunlight, and open hallways. It would cost about 250pw without bills. (Bills about £40 per month, usage dependent, with no council tax since students only).
The place is located across the street from Gloucester Rd station (Circle, District, Piccadilly Line), as well as near a Boots, Waitrose, Tesco Express (Open 24 hrs), Post Office, stationary store, Starbucks, etc. So an ideal flat in the ideal location!
