We are 2 professional guys over 40 years old. We both live in this really nice flat in Golders Green. We are clean tidy and respect each other privacy. We are looking for a new flat mate of any age we are happy to accept anyone who will be a nice flat mate. We don't mind what nationality they are or what do they do for a living. We have no problem with music or guests, we don't have strict rules.
Each of us have his own double bedroom and the room offered is the 3rd double in the flat. It's a large nice room, fully furnished.
In the flat there is washing machine, very large kitchen and a large living room.
The bathroom is shared only by the room offered and another room as one of the rooms has it's own bathroom.
The flat is in a peaceful street with buses and shops, one minute walk.
There is free street parking and super fast broadband.
The rent is £600 for a single person and £650 for a couple.
Deposit is £250
