Affordable accommodation offered in GOLDERS GREEN – NW11 area, excellent opportunity for preferably Female Homesharers are looking to live in a lovely home.

We are a Not-for-Profit charity in London who run a Homeshare programme, where we find Homesharers who are willing to provide approximately 10 hours a week of help, support and companionship to a householder who has a spare room.

TRANSPORT
The nearest buses are 2 minutes’ walk
Golders Green tube station is 7 minutes’ walk (Northern line)
Many 24/7 supermarkets and shops within 2 minutes’ walk. Cafes too

HOUSEHOLDER
A lovely lady in her 70’s, she is lively, resilient lady with lots of interests and a good sense of humour, and lives in a lovely 2 bedroom flat in Golders Green, North West London. She very much enjoys people and has a lively interest in many subjects – music, literature, documentaries, and the arts. She has a wide social circle.
The ideal candidate would be a kind and friendly, considerate female.
She does like her home to be kept tidy, and would be happy if the Homesharer would respect each other’s space. It would be nice if the homesharer can cook or warm up a ready meal on some days.

ACCOMMODATION
Very comfortable flat with 2 bedrooms. Jean has her own en-suite shower room and there is a guest luxury shower room for the Homesharer, which is shared with guests who may visit. She also dries the washing in this room before it goes into the tumbler dryer. Homesharers accommodation is a comfortable, small single room with single bed, wardrobe, bedside chest, computer desk, office chair and small TV.
Nice garden with chairs and table.

Internet will be available

The room is available immediately subject to DBS and Reference checks and after an initial meeting has been organised.
