The room is furnished with desk, double bed and large built in wardrobe. It has a large north-west facing window.

We have a super spacious and bright shared living room that comes with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and all the
The kitchen is fully equipped, and has plenty of cupboards and storage space, as well as two big fridges and freezer, a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The garden, including a barbecue, a small firepit for chilly winter nights and a homemade wooden bar table, gets plenty of sun all day long. Marvin, the gardener, makes everything look neat and lush all year round.
The house has a big bathroom and one separate toilet.

Rent is £525pcm and council tax and bills are roughly £70-80pcm per person. Rent is paid to private landlord, who is always happy to help, so no agency fees involved.

Public transports :
Golders Green station (Northern line) is 2mins walk from the house, as well as the coach station with links to all London airports. The area is all very well connected with plenty of buses to Central (13, 210, 260, 328, N5, N83, ...)

About us :
We are currently 6 people from Denmark, Germany, France, Wales and Australia, all English speaking, aged 21-28, living in the house, two couples and two individuals.

The house stays fairly quiet during the week, as some of us work from home, but we enjoy spending time together on weekends, to share a drink or a movie night during winter, barbecues in the summer, or all at once.

About you :

Ideally, you are in your early 20s to early 30s, like your own space and time, but are willing to participate to the social life of the house!
A tidy and LGBTQ+ friendly is a must!
