All bills, heating and broadband included in the rent.
Also included, cleaner once a week for the communal areas.
Space to keep a bike inside if needed.

Street parking available approximately £3 per day, only needed Monday to Friday 11am-12pm. So if you’re using your car for work during the week there’s no charge.
