Your sleeping quarter is connected to the hallway in a converted lounge, therefore, you may not have the level of privacy you require - although a room divider could be arranged.

Note: You will pay £190pcm toward bills i. e., water, electricity, gas, and broadband - regarding the utilities, if your usage exceeds the £190 threshold pushing bills up, then you will have to cover the excess. However, if you use less than £190, then you will be reimbursed - monthly summaries for gas and electricity will be sent to you. Water rates are fixed and rise periodically. When a rise occurs you will be notified.
