Room free in a cosy 4 bed flat

Hi! We're looking to fill a double room in a 4 bed flat in Golders Green. The room is nice and spacious with a large window for natural light, ample storage space and a built in desk. You’d inherit the bed, mattress, bookshelf, bedside table and desk chair. The flat overall has a large living room, a shared back garden area, and reasonable sized bathroom with a bath/shower and a separate toilet room.

There’s bus stops for the 13, 102, and 460 directly outside the flat and across the street, and Golders Green tube station (Northern line) is down the road. Plenty of supermarkets are within walking distance, as well as parks such as Hampstead Heath and other lovely parks in Finchley.

We are three 27-31 year old women who all work in theatre and live music. The house is sociable with occasional small gatherings but mainly relaxed & tidy. All three of us have lived in the flat for 4+ years and are warm and welcoming, looking for someone that fits into our friendly and relaxed dynamic.

Rent is £715 a month plus bills (~£80pm) and tax band D. Move in date must be by March 29 but can be sooner. The lease is 6 months with the option to renew on the 29th of September 2026.
