Hi there! We have an exciting opportunity for a new flatmate to join our home in North London this May.

The Room (a Standard Double): A North- East-facing room that catches the morning sun. Includes a double bed with storage, a large double wardrobe, and a bedside table. There is room for your own furniture if you have it.

We are open to reconfiguring the layout. If you’d prefer an ensuite, we can discuss converting the current living room into a bedroom and using the larger double bedroom as a shared lounge/office office.

The Flat & Location
Space: Two bathrooms, a large kitchen, a cozy shared living area, and a communal garden.

Transport: 10-minute walk to Golders Green Station (Zone 3, Northern Line).
Excellent 24-hour bus links and airport connections.

Area: A safe, leafy neighborhood just a short stroll from Hampstead Heath and Golders Hill Park.

About You
We’re looking for a female, working professional aged 26-36. We value a home that is clean, tidy, and relaxed - somewhere we can hang out together but also respect each other's need for quiet, downtime.

Rent is £768 per month
Bills: Approx. £120-£140 (varies on the month)
Tenancy: 6-month minimum stay (taking over a 12-month contract).
