Largest en suite room, fully furnished, with lots of natural light available in 3 bedroom flat in NW11, from 12th May!

You would be living with myself (26), and my housemate Alice (23), both young professionals working in central London. We are good friends, who have our own social lives, but like to spend a relaxing evening in together cooking and watching bad reality tv. We want to live in a clean, friendly and relaxed environment, where we’ll all respectful of each others space and get on well 😊

The important stuff:

* £1000 a month, exc bills.
* ~ £120-150 a month for bills (including wifi, council tax, water, electric), but this is only an estimation and could change depending on the month.
* 10 min walk to both Golders Green and Brent Cross tube station, on the Northern line.
* 10 ish min walk to Tesco Express, Nero, Pret, Sainsbury’s Local etc.
* Fully furnished throughout, washing machine and dishwasher.
* Tenancy officially runs until 12th Oct 26, with the chance to extend for another 12 months.
* This would be a tenancy transfer with our current housemate. You must be in full time employment and be able to provide a reference.
